Connie Porter : Acknowledgement
PORTER The family of the late Connie Porter would like to thank everyone who attended the funeral service on Friday and for all the cards, flowers, messages of sympathy received. Extended thanks goes to all of our friends and family who have supported us over the last few weeks. Our sincere thanks go to all staff at Stranraer Hospital, Dumfries Hospital and all family doctors of Lochnaw Practice, District Nurses, Home Carers and Macmillan Nurses who all attended Connie with respect and dignity. Many thanks to Gordon and Alan of McNeil's for their professional services and the Rev I McLachlan. Special thanks to everyone who helped on Friday including Liam Rogers, Paul and Helen from Boars, Colmonell, McCormicks and Mrs I Kay, Knockeen. The retiral collection of £762.28 will be split evenly between St John's Unit, Stranraer and Alexandra Unit, Dumfries. -Douglas, Kay, Alan and Lorna and families.
