Pictured in January 1976 is the top table at the Carrick Burns Supper held in the King’s Arms. The speakers came from near and far and the supper was a resounding success.
More than 120 attended where they were welcomed by by club president William McCluskie.
The evening had started with Alistair McCrae addressing the haggis and the Immortal Memory was proposed by Glasgow accountant Charles Douglas. The Toast to the Lassies was made by John Morrison.
