The “ladies who lunch” gathered in force in Barr at the weekend when around 100 got together to enjoy lunch and a fashion show in Barr Village Hall on Saturday.
It was a double role for the ladies who run the “Barr Teas” charity in the village.
For once lunch had been served they switched to take on the roles of modelling the array of fashions provided by “Shimmer” of Girvan.
And if the guests thought they were seeing double, then they must have been further confused when a model strutted her stuff wearing an attractive purple two piece outfit.
For when she got to the end of the catwalk, she was joined by Jo, a member of the audience who was wearing exactly the same ensemble.
Jo joined in the fun and the very successful charity event ended with a double act.
