Festive Fun was had by all at the Seniors Christmas Lunch, which took place at The Carrick Centre, on Friday, December 5.
A delicious lunch was served by members of the four local Maybole churches who run the Seniors Lunch Club and it was accompanied by lovely festive music from Sue Broadhead.
There was even a special visit from Santa – all the way from the North Pole!
The Carrick Seniors Lunch Club is held on the first Friday of every month (February to December), and is open to all citizens of the Carrick area aged 65 and over.
It is run by Maybole Parish Church, Our Lady & St Cuthbert’s Church, Maybole Baptist Church and St Oswald’s Church.
So, if you fancy a lovely lunch with some good company why don’t you try it out in the New Year. The first date of 2015 is Friday, February 6 from 12 noon - 2pm, so why not pop along.
