Experience the magic of Christmas this October at Crafts for Christmas and Hobbycrafts at the SECC Glasgow.
The popular festive show offers a treasure trove of gifts and treats. From jewellery to board games, handcrafted toys to decorations, the Christmas offering is endless.
A schedule of fantastic workshops and demonstrations will take place throughout each day of the show. Visitors will learn how to create handmade Christmas decorations to add some festive cheer to the home.
Finding that perfect present can be tricky for some. The Christmas Product Showcase offers plenty of inspiration for gifts this Christmas, exhibitors present their very best products, innovative and new designs, offering something unique and special.
Local exhibitor, the Coatbridge based painter, Alexis R Bradley will be exhibiting for the ninth time with a largely new body of work inspired by Scottish icons, both old and new.
Following six months of preparation, Alexis’ pieces include her new series on the Glasgow skyline and the Commonwealth Games as well as pieces that take their inspiration from the Kelpies and the Duke of Wellington statue in Royal Exchange Square.
The Festive Food and Drink aisle is a must visit for the avid foodie. Visitors are invited to try and taste a delicious selection of goodies, which come beautifully packaged and ready to take away. An extensive array of luxury chocolates, gourmet nuts, fruity preserves, handmade chutneys, farmhouse cheeses, and specialist wines and spirits will deck the halls.
Crafts for Christmas offers the best of both worlds with the added benefit of the award-winning creative craft show, Hobbycrafts. The show brings the very best of the creative craft world together, offering visitors the opportunity to speak directly to exhibitors for advice and ideas and discover the latest innovations and supplies on the market. With plenty of free Make & Take sessions and Talks and Demonstrations each day of the show.
