Business support to return to Girvan

START-UP success in Girvan is to get a helping hand from the experts as Business gateway return to the Carrick town for the first time in five years.

With a new contract in place, Business Gateway will be bringing its free advice and guidance on starting a business back to South Carrick after half a decade, and is urging anyone thinking about self-employment or launching a new business to attend their Starting Your Business seminar.

As well as providing advice on choosing the correct legal structure, insurances, tax and market research, Business Gateway staff will be able to guide potential new entrepreneurs through the assistance available to help develop their ideas.

Ayrshire-based Business Gateway advisor Colin McNally said: “Going into business for the first time can be daunting, and this Business Gateway course will provide start-up direction on knowing what to do, when to do it, and where to access more meaningful support and funding – giving your new business idea the best opportunity to succeed.”

The event will take place on March 6 from 10am-12.30pm at Ailsa Horizons, 22 Dalrymple Street, Girvan. To book a place email bgayrshire@lesl.org or call 01292 430535.
