A 48 year old male was arrested and kept in custody to appear at Ayr Sheriff Court following an incident in Dailly.

The male is alleged to have breached his bail conditions in the village’s Church Crescent on the afternoon of Thursday May 21 and was subsequently arrested by police.

A 23 year old female has been reported by police to the procurator fiscal in relation to an alleged disorder offence and vandalism in Maybole.

The alleged incidents took place in the town’s Welltrees Square last week on the evening of Sunday May 24th with police subsequently filing a report.

A 34 year old female and a 46 year old female were reported to the procurator fiscal for an alleged theft at ASDA Girvan on the afternoon of May 21.

Also, overnight on May 20/21, a coalbunker was stolen from outside Dailly’s Co-op.

A 23 year old male was reported to the fiscal for alleged dangerous driving on the B7045 near Kirkmichael around midday on Saturday 23 May.

A 59 year old male was also reported to the procurator fiscal for alleged careless driving on the A77 around half a mile south of Maybole on the afternoon of Saturday May 23.
