This weekend will see celebrations on the site of the proposed 2 Pins Centre.
From midday until 4pm on Saturday 13th September a children and family fun day will be held in the marquee.
Professional entertainer ‘Silly Gilly’ will provide fun and games, face painting, nail art, hair braids, balloon making animals and lots more. Outside there will be a bouncy castle, pillow fights, wellington boot throwing, tug of war as well as an obstacle course.
Saturday evening at 7.30pm will see a dance with a bar in the marquee as well as a pig roast meal.
The ‘Daddy Naggins’ band from Glasgow will be performing. The evening pig roast will be restricted to the first 100 people so arrive early to get a ticket for the meal.
And on Sunday 14th from 2pm there will be a short walk for all the family involving a treasure hunt around the area starting and finishing from the marquee at the 2 Pins Site on Main Street, Pinwherry.
