Amazing effort boosts RNLI funds

The RNLI funds in Girvan are over �160 better off thanks to an amazing effort by a group from Girvan Academy. Three S3 boys from Girvan Academy along with Carolyn Wells completed a 7km sponsored cycle around the town and raised �160 pounds for Girvan RNLI. The gang of three - Martin Adams, Brandon Bannister and Lee Sloan are pictured handing over the cheque to Robert McMaster.
