Ayrshire businesspeople with ambitions abroad are invited to attend a networking event and presentation with a little Eastern flavour.

The next meeting of the Elite Ayrshire Business Circle, which will take place at 12.30pm on Wednesday July 25 at the Berkeley Hotel, 1 Barns Street, Ayr KA7 1XB, will feature principal guest Peter McNair, who is the managing director of a company in Oman called New Image, which has offices in Muscat and Sohar.

There will be no charge for attending this event, and in addition a free buffet luncheon and refreshments will be provided. Peter will be giving a detailed and informative presentation entitled “Opportunities for Ayrshire companies to do business in Oman and the Middle East”. In addition, as usual, the meeting will provide another valuable opportunity to network with other top Ayrshire business people.

Managing Director Murdoch MacDonald said: ”Peter is ideally placed to talk about the opportunities and difficulties and how to overcome them. For someone sitting in Ayrshire the idea of doing business with people in the Middle East may sound particularly daunting, but this is someone who can take the mystique and diffulty out of it.”
