Girvan’s Dalrymple Street to close

SHINY AND NEW: Shop fronts on Girvan's Dalrymple Street and harbour area will be spruced up.

GIRVAN’S main shopping street will be closed this Sunday to allow for essential maintenance work.

The A77 Dalrymple Street will be shut to traffic from 8am-1pm this Sunday March 10 while Amey employees carry out works to repair the road’s worn surface. Pedestrian access will remain available at all times.

Amey’s Network Area Manager, Michael Robin, said: “We apologise for any inconvenience that these works will cause, but be assured that every effort will be made to minimise the effect.”
