Witnesses sought to two vandalisms in Girvan
POLICE are appealing for witnesses to two incidents of vandalism that took place in Girvan last week.
A green van was targeted overnight on Wednesday 6–Thursday, February 7 at Gregg Place – a residential street to the east of Girvan town centre.
Overnight on Friday 8–Saturday, February 9, the Quarriers office at 99 Dalrymple Street also had a glass panel in their front door smashed.

A CHILD has been hit by a car on a Maybole B road.
The vehicle collided with the nine-year-old boy on Friday at around 12.30pm while he was crossing Culzean Road, to the north of Maybole town centre. He was not seriously hurt.
A PAIR of ripped curtains provided an unusual diversion for Maybole police officers last week.
Police were called to an address to the north of Maybole train station after a resident reported that her curtains had been torn.
