The Locality Planning Group which covers Maybole and North Carrick villages has announced the launch of a new small grants fund.
A total of £5,000 will be distributed across north Carrick to support initiatives or activities that focus on the health and wellbeing needs of adults and older people living within each locality.
The Localities Health and Wellbeing Small Grants Fund has been approved by South Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership’s Integration Joint Board to help support people living with one or more long-term chronic health conditions, to live independent, healthy and active lives in the community.
