Turnberry owner Trump’s running for US President

Donald Trump has announced he IS standing for the American Presidency as he seeks the Republican Party nomination.

The tycoon and owner of Trump Turnberry made the announcement at his Trump Towers headquarters in New York on Tuesday afternoon.

Announcing his intentions he said: “Our enemies are getting stronger and stronger and we are getting weaker. When did you last see America beat China? They’re killing us.

“We need a leader who can take this country and make it great again.

“I will be the greatest jobs President God ever created.”

Trump has long thought about running for President over the years and came close in 2012, before deciding not to run.

The 68 year old faces tough competition for the Republican nomination from Jeb Bush, who has already seen brother George W and father George as President as well as Florida Senator Marco Rubio.

As he jetted in last week to unveil Trump Turnberry’s new clubhouse, Trump said that if he became President of the United States he would still visit the resort.
