Billy Thomson's men face a trip up the Clyde to fellow new boys Port Glasgow whilst Maybole travel to Renfrew on Saturday, August 23rd.
Last season's Central League champions represent a challenging opening fixture for the Seasiders, who will be aiming to cement their place in the First Division this season and not return back down to the Ayrshire District League.
Before the league season starts, both clubs will be involved in the Ardagh Glass League Cup action.
Girvan start their campaign at home to former gaffer Mick O'Neill's Troon and Maybole host Craigmark. Both games will be played on Wednesday, August 6, kick off has still to be confirmed.
In the West of Scotland Cup, 'Bole have been drawn away to Johnstone Burgh and last year's semi-finalists Girvan travel to face fellow first division side Kilsyth Rangers.
