SCOTT Brown secured the Ayrshire Junior Order of Merit after victory in the Ayrshire Boys Matchplay at Old Prestwick last weekend.
And after defeating Troon's Marc Smith 4 & 3 in the final, he became the first player to win both the Ayrshire Boys Strokeplay Championship and Matchplay Championship in the same year.
The Turnberry Golf Club ace also won the Tom Lehman Competition at Troon earlier this summer, and this is also the biggest junior competition with up to 350 golfers taking part.
