The weekend contained a busy schedule of events for the riders from Ayr Roads CC-Harry Fairbairn-Sprockets.com.
Saturday saw nine members make the journey over to East Lothian for the Musselburgh three-man Time Trial.
The conditions were exceptionally windy, making it a very challenging contest for the assembled participants.
The best placed Ayr Roads CC team on the day was Neil Campbell, Robert Kelly and Alex McAllister, who recorded a time of 1hr and 13 minutes that earned them a hard fought 14th place overall.
Inverclyde was the destination on Sunday as five Ayr Roads CC riders took part in the annual Don Smith Memorial Charity Ride.
This event, organised by the Johnstone Wheelers Cycling Club, raises money for two charities - The Braveheart fund and the Accord Hospice.
A rainy start failed to dampen the spirits as the participants headed from Lochwinnoch to Kilwinning, then onto the coast for a fast return leg via Largs, Gourock and Greenock.
A testing 70 miles were recorded by the cyclists, but more importantly, hundreds of pounds were raised for two very worthy causes.
