Girvan remain unbeaten

Girvan beat Dalry Thistle 4-1 away on Saturday and continued their unbeaten league record.

Kieran McLaughlin had opened the scoring for Dalry before Danny Cunningham equalised and Rab Patterson put the Girvan side 2-1 ahead. Girvan added two more to make the tie secure although Patterson was apparantely unconcious after an incident near the end of the game.

Tonight, (Wednesday) Girvan play Craigmark away with a 7pm kick off and on Saturday host Whitletts at Hamilton Park again in the league.

Girvan remain eight points behind league leaders Irvine with three games in hand.
