Joe and Alistair make youth darts final

Last week, the semi finals of the Youth Darts Singles League were played over the best of seven legs and it was a close match between Joe Adams and Jay Mooney.

It was hard to decide who would win but Joe won the final leg which ensured his place on the 8th July, which takes place the week after the four week team league has finished.

Joe will be playing against Alastair McLeish who clearly won all four legs against Nico Purewal before Nico then won all the legs against Jay in the match for 3rd place.

Overall highlights from this singles league included an 18 Darter from Joe Adams and a spectacular 180 was hit by Jay Mooney, which was the only one in the league.

Alastair McLeish checked out the highest checkout which was 103, and said the league has been brilliant and worth running for all 16 young dart players who took part.
