With the Ryder Cup just days away, we had a Ryder Cup themed match on Sunday the 21st of September. Instead of Europe vs. USA we opted for “Team Europe” vs. “Team Canada”. This might seem like an odd choice but we chose “Team Canada” for two reasons: 1. We didn’t want anyone on a “Team USA” to feel they were supporting the wrong team come the Ryder Cup proper and 2. As I am leaving for Canada this winter, I could be the team captain for a “Team Canada”.

I must say that Scott, as Captain of “Team Europe” certainly put me to shame with his outfit.

It was a fantastic day and from the buzz in the lounge it sounded like everyone had a fun time. I would also like to thank Kevin and everyone at the Dine restaurant for putting on a great BBQ. I think the burgers may have tasted even better to the victors in “Team Canada” though! On Friday though, I will definitely be cheering on Europe!
