Primary seven pupils from Gardenrose Primary School represented South Ayrshire in the West of Scotland Athletics Final at Clydebank recently.

Pupils participated in a range of events including javelin, jumping and relay.

Ross Jess was first in his heat for javelin throwing, organised by Jill Tomlinson and David McPhee, the Active Schools Co-ordinators, who trained pupils and organised each event.
