Team TKS do it again

There is no stopping the tournament team from TKS Martial arts and fitness.

The commitment level is very high from these young fighters as most weekends they are travelling to tournaments all over England and Scotland and taking gold and silver medals wherever they go.

After an invitation from Sensei Luke Thorpe’s Instructor from Peterborough, Sensei Lee Nash, the group attended the East West MMA at Doncaster.

It was great to see Luke and Lee together and having fighters alongside each other and coming away with gold medals. Sensei Nash from Adrenaline Martial arts went on to say how well Luke is teaching his young fighters and they are becoming a force to be reckoned with!

There was also a fantastic day for all fighters competing against some of the best teams in Scotland at the IAKSA Scottish Open in Livingstone last month - the results speak for themselves. TKS Martial arts and Fitness are privileged to send a group of team fighters to the Irish Open - a very large event with over 2500 fighters taking part.

The largest and most prestigious fighting tournament in the world, the Irish Open is a charity event run by a volunteer committee, elected annually, to host, administer and run the event.

All proceeds from the event are donated to the ISPCC a very just and worthy charity. In the last two years alone the event has raised over €25,000 for the Children’s Charity.

Anyone interested in experiencing the TKS effect call Corinne on 01655889977 or check out website www.tkshq.co.uk

The group is also holding a psychic night as a fundraiser for the Tournament team on Thursday March 28th at their headquarters and tickets are £10 including a buffet.
