Victory go top of the league

THIS week saw Victory Bar go back to the top of the Girvan and District Darts League with a 6-4 home win against a rather unlucky Athletic A team, who fought back from 3-0 to lead 4-3 going into the doubles. But Victory dug deep to win the doubles.

Elsewhere, Boars Head continued their good run of form to beat Harbour Bar 6-4, High Society kept themselves in the title race with a 9-1 demolition of Kings Arms of Barr, and Vaults won 7-3 against Royal Hotel.
