Kirk Fair thanks

St Colmon Parish Church would like to thank everyone who worked so hard to make the Kirk Fair in Colmonell a huge success, raising £2,700 despite the weather. The delicious teas kept the tearoom ladies busy and many bargains were found on the stalls. Icecream and burgers tasted just as good in the rain and The Stinchar Valley Pipers added to a great atmosphere.

The quiz was won by Mrs N. Fynes from Girvan and Mrs Margaret Hair guessed the correct number of sweeties in the jar.

We look forward to seeing you all next year on the first Saturday in August.
