Race Night

Friday 9 September at 7pm in the Community Hall in Main Street, Ballantrae to raise funds for the development of the play park. Raffle prizes up for grabs and the chance to sponsor a horse. Music Box

Girvan South Parish Church are pleased to present and evening of music with “MUSIC BOX”, the popular duo, on Tuesday 4th October, 2016 at 7.30 pm in the old hall at South Church. Tickets are on sale now costing only £4 each. Get yours soon to avoid disappointment as seats are limited. You will have a lovely evening listening to popular music from the 50’s and 60’s through to present time.

Cycling festival

One of the UK’s top BMX demo teams is dropping in to the National Trust for Scotland’s Culzean Castle and Country Park on Sunday 18 September as part of a celebration of pedal power.

A stunt team will be amongst the attractions at the historic estate’s first ever cycling festival. They’ll be performing amazing tricks in the grounds of Culzean Castle. Bikes, trikes and unicycles are all welcome at the event which is intended to encourage visitors to discover a new dimension to the historic Ayrshire estate’s heritage.



Colmonell WRI resumes on Wednesday, 14th September in Colmonell Community Centre at 7.30pm. A warm welcome is extended to members, new members and visitors.
