A farmhouse which was damaged by a severe fire last year is set to be replaced with plans submitted to South Ayrshire Council.
The farmhouse at Pinminnoch Farm which is situated off the A714 Girvan- Newton Stewart road was hit by a fire on Sunday 25th May 2014 with police said to still be continuing their enquiries.
However, the Logan’s at Pinmancher Farm have applied for planning permission to build a replacement farmhouse on the land. The plans show that there would be four bedrooms in the new farmhouse, two with en-suites as well as a bathroom on the upper level.
The ground floor level would feature a further shower room to the right of the entrance hall as well as a large sized lounge, dining area and kitchen.
The ground floor plans also show details of a snug room and a sun lounger with a garage which will be positioned at the back of the farmhouse.
This would be a significant upgrade on the previous farmhouse with existing plans showing the farmhouse having two bedrooms.
The fire damage was so severe that certain aspects couldn’t be surveyed by planners.
