Welcome for Big Lottery return

Adam Ingram MSP has welcomed the announcement by the Big Lottery Fund that Awards for All Scotland is to re-open to applications as of 4th August.

Having paused Awards for All Scotland to new applications in May to allow for the assessment and administration of grants related to building a legacy from the Commonwealth Games, the awards are now re-open to new applications.

Commenting, the SNP MSP for Carrick, Cumnock & Doon Valley said: “I am also pleased to advise that the Awards will have a renewed focus on funding smaller organisations, those with an annual turnover of less than £250k, and that priority will be given to projects where beneficiaries are mainly BME, disabled, LGBT, older or carers. Priority will also be given to organisations which have not received funding previously.
