Dailly twins Robby and Ross McCrorie have once again been called up to the Scotland Under 17 squad as the young Scots gear up for some vital matches.
The pair will hope to ensure that Scot Gemmill’s side qualify for the Uefa Under 17 European championships which are being held in Bulgaria in May, but they will need to finish in the top two of a qualifying group featuring Hungary, Czech Republic and Bosnia.
Goalkeeper Robby recently captained the U17 side as they ran out 2-1 winners against Romania in a friendly in Kilmarnock last month whilst Ross has been a regular fixture in the team at right back.
Robby also played a vital role in helping the Scots get to the semi finals of last years European Championships in Malta where they drew with Germany along the way.
The McCrorie’s also played together in the victorious U16 Scotland team which beat their England counterparts to lift the Victory Shield in 2013 and they both signed professional contracts at Rangers a year ago.
The Scots first match is on Friday when they play Bosnia-Herzegovina before they tackle Hungary on Saturday with their final fixture being against Czech Republic next Wednesday.
