After last weeks success in the Scottish National 50 mile time trial, it was back to club confined business this week for Ayr Roads - Harry Fairbairn BMW - Sprockets.com. The clubs 10 mile TT trophy has been fiercely contested in 2014, with many outstanding times posted and some big personal goals achieved throughout the course of the competition which runs from May until August.
At the moment Alastair McGibbon holds a commanding lead in the series after 11 rounds, but with four still to go there is still the possibility of a change at the top of the leaderboard.
After her fantastic Bronze medal performance at the national 50 TT, Toni McIntosh showed no sign of fatigue by setting a personal best time of 23 minutes and 11 seconds. Kenny Armstrong recorded the fastest time on the night of 21 minutes and 53 seconds which equated to an average speed of 27.5 miles per hour. Full results as follows :
