NHS Ayrshire & Arran is launching a new feedback process this month.
New posters, fliers and online resources will be available for people to tell the NHS locally what they thought about their care.
The new materials are all branded with a wise owl, and the slogan; “We want to get wiser, your feedback will help us.”
Professor Hazel Borland, Nurse Director, commented: “We want people to tell us about their care experience. It tells us what we are doing well and also where we can improve. You can feedback in many ways - write, email, talk to us or feedback using Care Opinion.”
NHS Ayrshire & Arran Care Opinion resources are available in hospitals.
