It’s good vibrations as Beach Boys come to Maybole

On Saturday September 10 at 7.45pm Carrick Round Table bring the Beach Boys Band all the way from Devon to Maybole Town Hall as they continue to attempt to raise much needed funds for the refurbishment of the Sommerville Pavilion, Glebe Park, Maybole.

The Night will be hosted by local DJ Favourite Dennis Lilley.

Tickets are £15 and available from Maybole Town Hall, Kirkmichael Arms or Kirkoswald P.O. or call 07786735355, all proceeds to the Sommerville Pavillion, refurbishment fund.

All this year the Round Table are fundraising to support the renovation of the Sommerville Pavilion, Glebe Park, Maybole which was named in memory of former table chairman David Sommerville who died 25 years ago in a road traffic crash.

The Pavilion is used by Maybole Amateurs, Carrick Colts and Carrick Rugby Club and in need of repairs and improvements to help support the next generation of sporting stars.

This Saturday it is Beach Party Time, look out your Hawaiian Shirts as Carrick Round Table bring the Beach Boys Band Show all the way from South-West England to Maybole Town Hall.

This amazing tribute show including all the hits played 100% live by one of the UKs Premier Beach Boys Tribute Bands from Good Vibrations to Surfin’ USA this show is a must see given the amazing accuracy of the band.

Then following the show the beach party continues as DJ Dennis Lilley fires up the beach party disco to take the night through to closing time.

This follows on from the Round Table’s highly successful Big O & Wilburys fundraising show last August which raised around £3216 for Muscular Dystrophy UK

Last month saw the fundraisers start with The American Legends Tribute Show, featuring 4 wonderful tributes to Neil Diamond, Roy Orbison, Johnny Cash and Gene Pitney, performed by the talents of Tom Scott and Paul Hopkins.
