Winners of Britian’s Got Talent “Collabro” give a surprise guest performance at Ayrshire Hospice Summer Ball.
The Hospice raised a spectacular £68,389 at the Ball with the entertaining help of 2014 Britain’s Got Talent winners “Collabro”, and compere, Ayrshire DJ, Colin McArdle.
Set in the stunning Donald J. Trump Ballroom at Trump Turnberry Resort, the ball was attended by 479 people who generously supported the raffles, silent auction and main auction all of which resulted in an amazing £68,389 grand total! Collabro were the surprise live act on the night, entertaining delighted guests with popular songs such as Anthem, Beauty and the Beast, Stars and Come What May.
Mandy Yule, Chief Executive of the Ayrshire Hospice, said “This year’s summer ball was another fabulous, fundraising success for the hospice. Huge thanks go to our extremely generous guests and sponsors, our hard working team of volunteers and our Summer Ball committee who all ensured the event ran smoothly and was so memorable. A wonderful setting, hugely supportive guests and top notch entertainment all in all made for a fantastic evening.”
Entertainment sponsors on the evening were Barr Environmental, JMC Financial Services and Wallace McDowell. Kestrel Press, Kirstie’s Flowers, William Grant & Sons, Cameron Confections, Maybole Pipe Band and David Gilbert Photography also gave their generous support on the evening. Kirstie’s Flowers were so popular, many guests were queuing up at the end of the night to make a donation and take them home!
